I booked a taxi a day prior and received confirmation, however nobody showed up and I missed my bus. After calling them a driver was eventually dispatched though it took over 20 minutes despite being told '5-10' and by that point it was far too late.

I’m a local in Whistler and I take Whistler Resort Cabs pretty often. Every time I use them, the service is really good. The cars are always clean and comfortable, and the drivers are friendly, respectful, and great to talk to. They are also always on time and make getting around Whistler easy and stress-free. I called an Uber but no one would accept our ride, so I saw a Whistler Resort Cab going by and called the number. We received a ride to where we needed to go in 2 minute. They accepted all payments via tap and driver was extremely friendly.
